Personal Sunrise

Two ocean front bedrooms with queen beds. One roadside bedroom with triple bunk beds and double bunk beds. One roadside bedroom with queen bed. One bedroom with twin bunk over full size bed. Sofa sleeper in living room.

General: 1. Parking is set up for 2-4 vehicles, 2 under the house and 2 in driveway. Please be sure to park only the side for Unit 2. 2. Trash cans are located in the carport. If in the street upon arrival, please bring into the carport. 3. Gas grill is located in carport. If used, please clean, ensure gas is turned off, and cover as found prior to checkout. 4. Be nice to the garbage disposal and toilets. 5. We have some beach games available. Please return anything brought to the beach and place back in it's home. Tough part: We care about our home and want to ensure all of our guests get the most out of Personal Sunrise. So, we will assess additional fees for the following: 1. Smoking is not allowed in or around the house. A $750 fee will be apply if this rule is violated. 2. Additional cleaning fees for extra grit (have fun but no parties etc.). These can range $200-$1000 depending on the extent. Fee will be based on cleaning charge. 3. We understand there may be normal wear and tear. However, additional fee may be applied for any missing or broken items, based on value of the item. 4. Beach towels used must be laundered and returned prior to checkout. Cleaning crew can launder for an additional $20 per towel. Safety: 1. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the house. 2. Fire Extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink and/or in the pantry. 3. The house is kid friendly. However, please make sure the little ones don't play with open sockets and are watched on the decks. Final: 1. Relax 2. Enjoy good food and time with your family, friends, whoever is staying with you. 3. Make sure to catch a couple sunrises!
