Equipped with 3 smart tv’s, full sized washer/dryer, elevator and stocked kitchen, this 5BR 3.5 BA townhome is sure to set up for a wonderful vacation. Enjoy private boardwalk to the beach where you and your loved ones can enjoy playing in the ocean and clean off in the outdoor shower. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and lake. Quick drive to NC Aquarium and Wilmington. Come enjoy all Carolina Beach has to offer!

Good to know

Two ocean front bedrooms with queen beds. One roadside bedroom with triple bunk beds and double bunk beds. One roadside bedroom with queen bed. One bedroom with twin bunk over full size bed. Sofa sleeper in living room.

House Rules

General: 1. Parking is set up for 2-4 vehicles, 2 under the house and 2 in driveway. Please be sure to park only the side for Unit 2. 2. Trash cans are located in the carport. If in the street upon arrival, please bring into the carport. 3. Gas grill is located in carport. If used, please clean, ensure gas is turned off, and cover as found prior to checkout. 4. Be nice to the garbage disposal and toilets. 5. We have some beach games available. Please return anything brought to the beach and place back in it's home. Tough part: We care about our home and want to ensure all of our guests get the most out of Personal Sunrise. So, we will assess additional fees for the following: 1. Smoking is not allowed in or around the house. A $750 fee will be apply if this rule is violated. 2. Additional cleaning fees for extra grit (have fun but no parties etc.). These can range $200-$1000 depending on the extent. Fee will be based on cleaning charge. 3. We understand there may be normal wear and tear. However, additional fee may be applied for any missing or broken items, based on value of the item. 4. Beach towels used must be laundered and returned prior to checkout. Cleaning crew can launder for an additional $20 per towel. Safety: 1. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave the house. 2. Fire Extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink and/or in the pantry. 3. The house is kid friendly. However, please make sure the little ones don't play with open sockets and are watched on the decks. Final: 1. Relax 2. Enjoy good food and time with your family, friends, whoever is staying with you. 3. Make sure to catch a couple sunrises!

Enjoy being close to everything! 1 block away from the lake. 0.4 miles from main Carolina Beach Boardwalk. 5 miles from NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. If you would like to do bigger city dining, Wilmington is only 15 minutes away.

We had to change our locations last minute due to an issue with our original house, we selected this location and the owner was very accommodating and tired out to be a much better stay at this location compared to our original home. This is a great three story town home right off the beach, very well kept and a lot of amenities, more then I’ve seen at our other previous stay locations. Lovely home, great location, my family absolutely loved it here and we had a great time. If you are looking to stay in the area, this is the home you want to be at. While there was only four of us, there is more than enough room for many more. Glad we booked this location and if we are back, would enjoy staying here again.

This is the second year that we have stayed here. It was right on the beach and in walking distance to restaurants , stores, and downtown Carolina Beach. The condo was clean and neat and had everything that we needed. My granddaughters shared their own room and the grandsons shared their room.The owner was quick to answer any questions and checked several times to make we were satified with the condo. We plan to reserve it again next year.

Chris was an excellent host. He responded to text messages quickly and did come over and fix some minor issues {clogged drain & a chirping detector}. Overall the home exceeded our expectations with having 6 adults and 5 kids. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was great for our big family. We had young adults, teenagers and toddlers and the space was great for everyone. The private beach access was awesome and three floors allowed us flexibility to put the little ones down and still have a space to play games without disturbing anyone. We had an issue with the air that was reconciled quickly. We loved the balcony access on all levels and every night we walked over to let the little ones play at a playground just 5 minutes away. The location was great for teens and for everyone! Chris was responsive and we were thankful to be able to “borrow” this beautiful home to enjoy the week. A great stay, for sure!

We had such a wonderful time and the sunsets were beautiful !!! There were 15 of us and the home was perfect. The bunkbeds gave the teenagers the privacy they needed when they were on their phones and computers. The boardwalk rides were fun for the grandchildren ending with the fireworks !!!!

Beautiful home and beautiful sunrises! We loved our stay and will be back! The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was clean and spacious and the dining room held our large family perfectly. We had super easy access to the beach, which we visited every single day. Truly our best and favorite experience ever!

The townhouse was clean. Amazing views from every floor! We had a group of 12 for my Mother in Laws 70th Birthday. Love the large kitchen area. We cooked a couple days and ate in. Not too far of a walk to the boardwalk. Christopher was fast to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely book this again!
